I'm based at Frysja in Oslo. There is easy access by bus and car, and it is also reachable by tram and train with a slightly longer walk.

The premises are right next to the Akerselva river and its beautiful walking path. If the opportunity arises, I strongly recommend adding half an hour to walk from Nydalsdammen. Maybe you'll spot the beavers? (I've yet to see them...)
The buildings have a lift and are accessible for people with reduced mobility. It is a goods lift with somewhat heavy doors, so please get in touch in advance if you need assistance on arrival.

- The 54 and 25 buses stop nearby at Frysja or Stillatorvet.
- Walking distance 3–5 minutes.
- Tram
- Trams 12, 15 and 17 stop at the end station Kjelsås.
- Walking distance 15 minutes.
- Train
- Train lines RE30 and R31 (Gjøvikbanen) stop at Kjelsås station.
- Walking distance 11 minutes.
- Car
- Easy access by car.
- Plenty of paid parking on site.
- Visitors for golf sessions may park free of charge in Custom Golf's spaces nearest the river, upon registration at the tablet in their reception.
